I don't know why you wanna uninstall the metasploit from your computer , maybe

And now , this is the tutorial " How To Uninstall Metasploit From Ubuntu Linux "
# First You must going to metasploit file , actually the location if you're using Ubuntu on
/opt/metasploit
type
cd /opt/metasploit
and then if you're really want to uninstall metasploit from your computer , just type this command to di it.
# ./uninstall
And metasploit will be ask to you " Dou you want to uninstall metasploi ? " answer YES if you're really to unistall , and uninstallation process will begin.
wait until this process finish and your metasploit has been removed from your system.
